1>> Turbocharger Oil Leakage Solution

 

If the turbocharger is not damaged, please make the following judgments and solve the oil leakage problem.  (Oil Leakage  Point :A, B,C,D)

• at point A , which means that the air filter is not enough intake air and needs to be replaced air filter.
• at point B , which means that the oil-air separator has failed, and a new oil-air separator needs to be replaced.
• at point C, that is, the engine oil leakage, and the engine problem needs to be checked.
• Oil leakage occurs at points A and D at the same time, it means that the engine is leaking oil, and it is necessary to check the engine problem. The reason is that the lower blow-by gas of the •         engine is too large, the breather is not smooth, the pressure of the crankcase is too high, or the oil return is not smooth due to oil pollution.

 

2>>Turbocharger damaged by foreign object

• If foreign object into engine, so compressor wheel and turbine wheel are damaged by foreign object .  the See below photos.
